The Full Moon Inn is a 400 year old former cider farm that has evolved over the years into a traditional country pub in Somerset with views over the western edge of Salisbury Plain and Westbury White Horse. It has a large, dog and child friendly enclosed garden with a terrace and shade from the elements, perfect for enjoying the views and the local food and ales. We are a short 10 minute drive from Frome and there is a large parking area.
The Inn has a long history of serving the community who enjoy the traditional cosy bar areas or use the large events room that opens onto the terrace and garden. “The Moon” is also popular with visitors to Frome and nearby Bath and Stonehenge.
Getting there
Trowbridge and Westbury mainline stations are equi-distant by taxi (approx. 10 mins).
Bristol airport is 60 mins away by car/taxi and Heathrow is just under 2 hours.
